| If you haven't already, buy a copy of the Collegeboard Official sat guide. Take a practice test and then score it. Get to know the scoring system- once you understand it well you'll have a clear idea of how many questions you need to attempt/answer correctly to reach your target score, how many you blanks you can get away with, etc.
1800 is an above average score and it's possible to get that by answering less than 70% of all the questions. Pretty crazy right? SAT scoring is unusual. But don't take my word for it, you have to see it for yourself. |
