Make sure to read the "blurb" before each passage.
I found it helpful to read one paragraph, do the questions about it, and the next paragraph and the questions, etc. and then going back and doing everything at once.
For the questions which asked: "what does ____ imply?" you must read the lines before and after the line reference, because most of the time the answer has to do not with what's quoted, but what's not quoted.
