What do you do in the morning before SAT?

Care to share? What do you eat? How early do you go? Do you review anything? Do you bring an index card to study right before the test? Do you pray before the test? Do you make sure to get rid of all bodily wastes?

I'm going to wake up about at about 6:30 and take a shower/get ready, eat some cereal, and review the Sparknotes 7 Screwups. I'm going to leave at about 7:15 and continue to review the Sparknotes in the car (my dad's driving). I'll get there at about 7:45, find my room, go in, and just sit. I might make a little prayer right before we start. I never take craps in the morning.

I make sure I squeeze out every last drop of urine from my body in the morning. The day before, I take laxatives to extricate any particle of poop from my body.

way too much info. I simply eat a good breakfast and start the test with every ounce of bravado and confidence I have. Which is quite a lot.

I might run 4 miles to fully wake up and get some oxygen to my brain. I'm
a runner, so although for some of you this might be fatiguing, it will
be energizing for me. Then I'll relieve myself and eat a fairly large breakfast. My SAT stuff is already packed in a bag so I'll just grab the bag.

These are some good ideas. I will consider waking up around 5:30, and taking a jog and a cold shower.

I'll wake up, have two toasts, take a shower, get in the car, rush back in to get my pencil and calculator, get back in the car, do a bit of vocab, think of some essay examples, and then go sit in the test room.

I plan to take half a litre of water with 4 spoons on coffee (that's REALLY black and bitter) in case I get bored by the passages about Eskimo shepherds who lost their wives in a walrus stampede or something... 0_o

wake up at 6
take a really cold shower
eat a banana and a homemade strawberry shake
stretch
walk to test center (2 blocks from my house)
sit there until 7:45, deep full breaths to get oxygen in my head
ignore everyone talking to me
go to the restroom
wash my face, glasses, and do a 1 minute stretch
go into the testing room
pray
do the first third of the test
eat a banana and chocolate during the break; go to the restroom and wash my face
do second half of the test
stretch break
do last part
walk home
go to sleep

I'm going to poop.

Seriously, this is probably #1 most important thing you can do for yourself.
