Hey guys, i thought i'd make this thread to gather up some good examples for tommorow's SAT Essay. Let's think of Broad examples that can possibly be used in any situation. Heres a few:

- World War II

1 history/person, 1 literary, and 1 personal example is ideal, right?

There is no "ideal." It really doesnt matter. I used 2 examples from history and got a 12.

i usually can barely finish my second example! how do u guys do 3??? i read some sample essays (i think on CB) with only one example and got 12's...but they'r personal and show personal growth and expansion of knowledge...i guess that gave 'em the edge

1984 can be used sometimes. I find the civil rights movement can be used a lot too.
