junior. took 7(or 8...cant remember) practice tests over the summer, studied all my answers(both correct and incorrect) closely. also took 10/4 SAT(result:2370) which got me really sharpened up

u get scholarship for getting perfect psat. theres no way u wont get some kinda financial aid.
IMPORTANT QUESTION: what was ur score b4 u took the 8 tests in the summer?

240 PSAT isn't that impressive imho. It's much easier to make dumb mistakes on the full SAT :P

^u dont necessairly get a scholarship for a perfect PSAT
once u pass the min. criteria, everyone is on a level playing field
ex. let's say the cutoff is 210
someone who gets a 240 has no advantage over someone getting a 210
If u're talking about colleges, I would assume he's applyin to top colleges who really don't care about PSAT
However, he does have a outstanding SAT but top colleges see those all the time too

thanks static. orange peel, i got a 2200 on the first practice test i took. i also got a 2080 in 8th grade for the talent search thing.
