Haha you're a lot like me, I'm Asian to and I got a 2030: 800 M, 620 CR, 610 Wr.
For reading all I can say is know a lot of vocab and know good reading strategies. Luckily for me, my reading strategies are fine (enough to get me a ~750) but my vocab is horrible. I got 11/19 sentence completion questions right on the March SAT. So yeah, that's all I need to focus on, and maybe it's the same for you
For writing, you need to learn grammar rules and a format for the essay. Grammar rules can be found just by googling "SAT writing grammar rules" and then for the essay I just have a 4-sentence intro explaining my view, three 4-sentence body paragraphs with LEGIT examples, and then a 4-sentence conclusion. That fills up the two pages just in time.
