Your ACT is a lower percentile that your SAT. Some people do better on one test than the other.

because almost everyone told me that the act was wayy easier than the sat, but then again, they maybe that was because they didn't do that well on the sat...

Ease is subjective and varies among people.

I wouldn't bother retaking a 33 on the ACT. I'm in a similar position (34 ACT vs. 2340 SAT) and I think that colleges will use the score that puts you in the best light when evaluating your app. Remember that colleges are motivated to make you look better (because they want a more qualified/impressive applicant pool and freshman class); such a minimal difference in scores (they're still the same percentile) will not affect your app in any way.

It probably doesn't matter, but I would simply just not send in the ACT score. The SAT score is phenomenal as it is.

if i took both of them the same month and did better on one than the other, it wouldn't matter that much, right?

The 2310 on the SAT is higher than the 33 on the ACT. I wouldn't bother retaking the ACT since your SAT score is already higher.
