By popular demand, we are adding a new sticky to the forum. This thread is meant to become a platform of links to threads that address frequently asked questions. Since many of such questions have been answered in the past, all that is needed is to post a link to the existing thread. This thread is not meant to host lengthy discussions. We expect the discussions to remain part of the threads linked here, and not replaced them.
For starters, time has come to remove the sticky that anchored one of our oldest threads, namely the thread that contained the answers to the Red Book aka 10RS.
We hope you'll use this feature. Please add the links in new posts and the moderator team will periodically review the entries for consolidation and deletion.
