Sat subject score.

Hey guys, I have been scouring the internet trying to see if a 740 on US history is a good score for the SAT subject test. I'm a sophomore and will probably be applying ivy and stanford when the time comes. Should I retake and spend less time studying for finals or keep and focus on finals?
Thanks!

740 is decent. Not bad, not awesome. However, it is only the SAT subject tests, and there are a ton of other things schools consider (the actual SAT/ACT, extracurriculars, essay). I suppose you could retake it if you have the time, like in the fall and you could study for it a little in the summer. For right now, focus on finals
