Taking it tomorrow, lol.

Perhaps some last minute kanji cramming. Because I don't know any.

Alright, I'll break the ice. I only got a 620 on Japanese, which is about 100 points lower than I'd expected to.

Daughter is native in Spanish (Castilian...like from Spain) and got a 760...she thought the listening portion was difficult, and had a bit of trouble with the Latin American accent. Has anybody else had this problem? Any advice on whether it would be worthwhile to take it again in the non-listening format? Is an 800 supposed to be pretty easy to get if you're native?

I'd be extremely happy with a 620 on Japanese. Scores here are delayed until 12/4.

730 on Japanese... Should I send it as my 3rd subject test score? 46th percentile seems pretty bleh >_>

A 730 is the 46th percentile? LOL, I expect to be in the single digits then. Are you Japanese? No? Then honestly shut up.

I think what CSIHSIS meant was that a 730 Japanese is very impressive and you should not worry about percentiles. Send it for sure. Should I send my 720 Spanish?

I intend to take a French listening test next year. What are the best CD players?

Don't buy the "best CD player." Find the cheapest possible one, use it for the test only, and return it. You literally put the CD in and press play like one time.
