Taking Chemistry without a Chemistry class?

I'm planning on applying to the Pharmacy Program at UOP and as a chemistry major to various other schools, but i'm a bit fuzzy on some of the topics i've learned in honors chem sophomore year. I'm planning on taking Math 2 and Chem in december and i'm a senior this year. Do you guys think that it's realistic to do well without having previous knowledge of chemistry fresh in your mind? Maybe scoring in the range of 700-750?

umm i just got barron's book... i found the chemistry to be difficult, didn't remember orbital shapes, etc. take the diagnostic test to see how you do then review the sections your weak on. we dont have honors chemistry at my school. i took regular chemistry and then ap chemistry and then the ap test last year. i can tell u this test is much easier than the ap test, but i would have bombed it just coming out of regular chem. gl
