Retaking subject tests?

Do top colleges like caltech, mit, stanfrod, etc. look down upon you if you take a subject test more than once? I'm taking the Math 2 test tomorrow and I might not get over 760 like I want. If I retake, will it look bad?

Also, for tomorrow I am technically registered for Bio and math 2, but I don't want to take bio right now since I don't feel ready for it. I called Collegeboard and they told me to just tell the procter that I won't be taking bio. If I don't take the bio test will it show up as a zero, or will CB just not even score it? An if I do take bio tommorrow just for the heck of it, can I just cancel the bio scores later without canceling the math 2 one (since i'll be taking both tests in the same sitting)?

Bio won't show up at all, not to worry.
And, no, if you want to cancel scores, you have to cancel all of them.

No. This is a FAQ. Ben Golub of Caltech (a recent graduate who was formerly a student member of the admission committee) gave an example in one thread of a three-time test-taker getting in. In general, colleges consider your highest scores.
