Physics SAT II

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with the Physics SAT II?

As a lark I just took a practice Physics test from the college board SAT II prep book and was amazed when I got a 690 on it. I have never taken a physics class in my life. I took the test under legitimate conditions, the whole 1 hour thing, regular calculator, never looked up answers, etc.

My main questions are basically this: do the questions really vary that much from test to test for the physics SAT II, and what prep books would you advise I buy if I take the test?

well you can't use a calculator but i doubt that would make too big of a difference. I'd recommend buying the princeton review

Yeah I'm wondering this too, the Physics test in the Collegeboard book was REALLY easy. Hopefully its the same on the real thing as well.

if the test is any harder, then it SHOULD have a better curve.

That said, I think the curve is already REALLY generous lol

Very generous curve - but test question difficulty level and content tends to fluctuate rather dramatically.

Wow. No physics class and you got a 690? I wonder how you pulled that off.
