Retaking the SAT II's???

would it look bad if you take the SAT II's twice in the same subject (obviously on different occasions)?
yeah yeah yeah, i know that i can cancel my scores. but i don't want to do that until i actually see my results, which would be too late to cancel.

retaking a test once shouldn't look bad, especially if you do better. i did terribly on biology and average in french last year, so on may 3rd am retaking these.
good luck!

just out of curiousity how many times can you take an SAT II until it looks bad?
Like what's better:
1st time - 600
2nd time - 750
3rd time - 800

Is it better to stop after the 2nd time, or take it until the 3rd time?

if you do get the 800 on the third it won't hurt you.

As long as you keep improving it should be fine, especially if you do ultimately get that 800.
