if you are taking a language test on the november date, does it have to be listening or can it be regular?
You should be able to do just the reading test, as the "Language" test and "Language with Listening" test are considered 2 separate tests, from what I'm reading on the CB website.

Edit re above question: Just saw a link to an old thread that says you actually cannot take a non-listening language test in November.
Non-listening language tests in November?

I couldn't find anything "official" on the CB website, so it might be worth giving them a call and asking someone there.

new policy?

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before...but there's a new scoring policy for the SAT I...does the same policy apply for the SAT IIs?

Can I pick and choose which scores the colleges can view?

Sorry again if this question has been asked.

I know that someone said that December scores are accepted, but, with a Dec 31 deadline for the UCs and a score release date of Dec 20-something for the Dec 6 test date, how can I make the deadline without rushing reporting, especially since the UCs receive the scores by mail? Also, do SAT II test scores have different release dates?

SATI and SATII are released on the same day.

Directly from the UC website:

If you apply as a freshman for the fall 2009 term, you must take two SAT Subject Tests and the ACT Assessment plus Writing or SAT Reasoning Test no later than December 2008.
Typically when the university sets an application deadline, they want your part of the app in by that date; other supporting documents, such as test scores, can arrive a few days later.

But I'll have to rush-report the test scores? Also, are the initial free score reports sent out to the schools the very moment internet scores are available or when they send a paper copy?

D- Yu...I've been hearing otherwise.

Quick question: Can I take a subject test and the SAT reasoning test in one sitting?

Thanks.

Nbail: Yes, it still applies. The policy is that you can pick which scores to send if you're applying in the class of 2010 or later, not that you can pick which scores only after taking tests in 2010 or later.

If you sign up for 2 and take 3, do you just get a bill for $8 (or is it $9?) or is there a late/standby fee involved as well?
