Oh.. Does anyone remember what the answer was to the question about Indians during the late 19th century?

I put Native American Bureau took some steps to improve the conditions of Native American life or something.. I thought it was that they were put into reservations, but I think that is wrong.

what about for the question dealing with economy? It went something along the lines of what would happen if we introduced or raised protective tariffs? I put greater deflationary tariffs cuz none of the other ones made sense, but thena gain...idk

im almost positive that the answer to the hudson river school had to do with portrait landscape paintings... manifest destiny

also, for civil war, i put the installation of a nat'l bank because the emancipation proclamation ended slavery, not segregation. that would come in the reconstruction era

apxyguy; i looked it up, the hudson river school has to do with romanticisim/impressionism so it was that answer choice i think (i think, but i hope not)

and the answer to the tariff question is increased prices for both domestic and foreign goods (domestic b/c of less competition, foreign good b/c adjusted for tariff)

the truman-macarthur question was pretty straightforward if you knew the material.

i'd remember the answer if somebody gave me the answer choices. it pretty much had to do with mac calling out truman for being a pansy and not nuking china.

"the answer choices were like: Pancho Villa, Batista, Allende, Benito Juarez, and Juan Peron."

It was Villa. Batista is the dictator of Cuba whom Fidel overthrew. Allende was the Socialist leader of I think Chile, whom Nixon overthrew. Peron was the fascist dictator in Argentina. I can't remember what the other guy did, but I know he didn't invade the U.S. Villa invaded territories promised to the US by the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo in an attempt to help out Mexican farmers.
