help! SAT II retakes!

i took USH last year and got a 630...yuck.
should i retake the test? i wanna get at least above 700. or will it look bad or is it not that important?

help guys! i will take math IIC soon. preferably in october...ah...i have another question. i plan on applyin to some colleges EA. i checked the deadlines. most schools have nov 1 as their deadline. so does it matter if i take SATs in the very beginning of october? will it delay my app process?

thx guys in advance. lol

What colleges are you applying to?

1)Retake the 630 (for top/mid tier schools)
2)Taking the SAT's in october is fine for EA applications.
3)in most cases, it should not delay your app. (i don't know the deadline for every school).

Some EA/ED schools even take November test scores. October is definitely fine (I haven't heard of it being an issue, except possibly for rolling admissions)

Yep, October is definitely a-ok for EA/ED.

650+ is good enough for the best national universities,
but you should aim for 700+, certainly, and if possible 750+.

Retaking SATs is not bad at all.
I took the U.S. History three times...
Let's just say I never managed to break 700 :P.
