Signed up for 3, should I not take US! I could bomb it!

I haven't really done any studying but I'm good at Math IIC and Physics, so I'm not too worried about those. I'm good at history, but I took a practice test and got a 560!? I'd rather study for math and physics tomorrow to up my scores as much as possible. Should I take US?

Also, I took World History last year; but I got a 680. Is this bad enough that I should try to take US? However, the only 3 subject test required school I will apply to is Georgetown (not my first choice), so will other colleges (say UVA, Wharton, Duke) care about a lower 3rd score?

Thanks help is appreciated.

Take it off. As long as you have good Math and Physics scores, the 680 shouldn't make a big difference(it is still a good score).

strong scores on Math and Physics, plus the good score on World should be fine for pretty much any school

I signed up for three as well, but if I don't want to take one of them because I feel I will do terrible, do you just walk out after you take your first two? Or do you have to talk to the proctor?

-__- I'm a little confused..

Talk to the proctor just in case. Most likely College Board will detect that you decided not to take the third, since your score sheet will be blank for the third one.
