Will my SAT IIs help or hurt?

So I plan on majoring in Chemistry in college, and after retaking my Chem SATII, I brought up my grade from a 680 to a 780, something I am completely pleased with =)
My question is about my other 2 SATIIs. I didn't do as well on the Math II as I thought I would, and my French is absolutely atrocious.
Math II: 670
French: 540

So, how will colleges look at the discrepancy between my scores, assuming I'm looking at fairly competitive universities?
