I'd think so; sans a few internationals, who should have taken it by now, everyone has taken it/is in the process of taking it. I'm in D.C. and posted at the time when people on the west coast should have been in their test centers.

This test was sooo much harder than the physics. I think I left 5 blank, including the invention and Caesar Chavez.
I would be happy with a 750.

I said that the erroneous reason was because unions were open to them. I'm not positive, but I don't think that unions like the AFL were open to African Americans in 1910; however, I do think that black newspapers may have published articles discussing less racial discrimination/higher wages in the North.
I'm not sure, though.
