If I had those scores for Chem and Math II, I would be happy.
For me, I have no hope in doing better in the Chem, I havent taken it in 2 years.
The Math II I am definitely retaking.
it really depends on which schools you are applying to and how strong is the rest of your application.
but i would say that for top notch schools, anything below 750 will hurt u
730 on a test where most people score 750+ may not demolish your chances at a very selective school, but that grade won't help you. If you're applying to very selective schools I'd suggest retaking Math II or studying for another subject test.
You have decent scores. Your Math II can be improved if you don't feel completely satisfied by practicing more. Note, that anything above a 710+ on the Math II is good.
