How to effectively review for Biology using Barron's

I have been using Barron's to study for the Biology SAT 2. Other than reading the book straight through, any suggestions on how to effectively use this book to study? I am currently re-reading the chapters which cover material I'm weakest at, but I would greatly appreciate any new ideas for long-term study plans involving Barron's (or any other good review book).

hmm i need help too!
i've been looking at sparknotes and basically not trying hard to memorize the stuff that only the barron's has but not sparknotes...
i've read in another thread that princeton review is the more comprehensive book with material more closely related to the actual test.
