I got

740 in PHYSICS
750 in MATHEMATICS LEVEL IIC
780 in CHEMISTRY
In which universities should I apply? Are these scores good enough to lead me to MIT

Apply anywhere you want to; they are very good scores

but you probably know that and are just bragging.

Look at the MIT profile or ASEE data for specifics on admitted student scores, first. When you have a real question that can not be exhausted by real research, ask here.

Harsh much? He's wondering what ranges of colleges he should be looking at.

Your scores are great, but for the top echelon of engineering schools (MIT, Caltech, Olin, etc.) the MathIIc and Physics scores are relatively average, believe it or not. However, for everywhere else, those scores will serve you well.

10% of people who take Math II get an 800. Poster above is right.
