How should I prep for US History in just 2 WEEKS?

I already took the APUSH class. I am taking SAT II USH on Nov 7, so please guys... What is the BEST way to brush up and review what I had learned before most efficiently?? Thanks!

2 weeks is tough to cram for.

Get the AMSCO book. Read 1/14 of it every day.
