Self Study Bio?

Would just memorizing Barrons SAT II Biology be enough for a 750+ on SAT II: Biology E? Note that this is almost entirely self-studied, without an AP Bio class..

If you don't have any background knowledge of biology, then I don't think you can get a 750+ that way.

What if I took Honors Bio 2 years ago? That was a hard class and my teacher prepped us pretty well to take the test at that time, but now, I don't know if I still remember stuff.

IF s/he prepped you well enough then you couldn't have forgotten everything. You should still remember the greater things, like diff between prokaryotes and eukaryotes, photosynthesis, etc. If you're able to connect the mere biology facts to real world examples, then you should take a stab at the subject test. Just make sure you prep very well.

But, by the sound of your tone, I don't think you can get over 750. I'm guessing in the 600s?
