SAT Subject Test or SAT?

Just got my subject test scores back -- got 660 on Math Level 2 and 680 on Spanish (terrible, I know). Currently I have a composite score of 2070 on the regular SAT (640 CR; 740 Writing; 690 Math). I was planning to retake one or the other in December -- which should I retake? How important are subject tests, even for schools that require them?

I'm applying to JHU, UMD, UPenn, William&Mary, UVA, and George Washington.
