Does AP Lang and SAT II Lit in a yr say "slacking off"? And what's a normal curve?

So I'm taking AP Lang (when i could have taken AP lit), but I've also already taken SAT II lit.

does colleges think that since i'm taking SAT II lit i "could have" challenged myself more and taken a harder course <_<

and what's a normal curve for lit? what i mean by this is.. - X until i lose the 800? - Y until i lose the 750? 700?

or ... how is the curve of the one in the "Official SAT II Subject Test" guide compare with the "normal" curve?
