Omg. what I should I do?!

I got my USH SAT score back today and I did so freaking poor (I'd rather not say it, cause it isn't very good).

I took the regular US class last year and I didn't take honors or AP USH.
And I felt that the test was really difficult when I took it.

Does anybody here have a suggestion to where I can aim at least a 620+ ?
(I have a Barron's at home, and I cramped sparknotes two nights before it)
Please, any support?
