Preparing for SAT Bio M

I'm planning to take Bio in December and is reading through Princeton Review and Barrons... My friends recommended me to read the college textbooks, but isn't that too much? I mean... is reading and memorizing Princeton Review and Barrons enough if I aim for 780+?

I've heard good things about Princeton Review and Cliffs for SAT II. That's what i'm planning on using.

Reading college textbooks wouldn't help you too much. You would go over a lot of stuff that you probably wouldn't see on the exam.
