LANGUAGE with LISTENING!!! Urgent

So we bring our own CD players and listen to the CD's provided. But for things like the ones that aren't printed in our book or the ones that are difficult to understand, what's to say we can't simply rewind the CD a little and listen to the question a second time? They say in the CD you will hear the question once, or you will hear it twice. But what if I were to just rewind back to the beginning of the question? Or is there someway Collegeboard prevents this? Thanks.

I think the CD's are made so that it cannot be replayed.

Sorry for not making another thread, but do you think admission officers will do upon me if I take a language test that is my native language? My argument is that I was born in America so my language wouldn't be flawless. What do you think?

Damn.

and @pumpkins, I dunno about others, but I asked Harvard about this and they said yes.
I was born and raised in North America and am illiterate in Chinese but taught myself to read and write somewhat. I asked if I submitted this, but Harvard said they would not accept it.

I don't think it matters much. Surely, they'll take into account the fact that you are probably more familiar with the language than the average American high school student, but I'm sure there are plenty of students who take language tests of their native language.

*^really? Wow, I didn't think colleges would react like that. I was considering taking a test in Chinese also (my native language) but decided against it and took French instead because I've had considerably more exposure to that, ironically.

I don't feel like double-posting, so I also have a question: on the language tests, are the short dialogues repeated, and the extended dialogues played only once, or are they both played once?

@lyc0r1s:
If you don't mind me asking, what'd you get on the French? I am a Chinese guy taking it tomorrow as well hahaha.

On the language tests, the short dialogues are repeated, but the extended only play once.

Oh, verb tense fail, sorry. I'm taking the French test tomorrow. But I'm expecting a 750-800 on it, since I lived in Quebec half my life and I've been taking Barron's tests, and that's also what they've been predicting so... XD

And yay! Glad they're repeated. But for some reason on the Collegeboard it says both are played once? that's why I asked in the first place. On the barron's book it says that the short ones are played twice. XP. Thanks for the reassurance though.
