Ahh, what was the answer to the question about the scuba diver seeing the bird on the cliff from underwater?

I think I put that the bird would appear lower than it actually was since light bends away from the normal as it moves out of the water. Not sure though...

The bird appears higher. I think it was E or something. The light bends towards normal as it enters water. Then extend the refracted ray out of the water to get appeared position of the bird

there was a roman-numeral question concerning a ball that slides down a frictional half a circle ramp and one of the numerals was that the potential energy does not decrease or sumthing. i forgot the questions...

I put capacitor for charge storing.

About the ball down the curved ramp, what were the options?

One asked what decreased and one asked what increased.

I said that potential energy decreased (because KE increased)... Can't remember the other options.

The force of the track on the ball increases as it slides down the track.

For the circuit question, the EMF through the 2ohm resistor was 3V right?

For the fractal question I put cracks in mud... They just seem less mathematical to me (haha pretty much a guess, but it came down to an insect and cracks in mud).

EDIT: I put lower as well. Still trying to understand how it's higher...
