Should I cancel my Math II score?

I skipped six questions and guessed (50/50) on at least three. I already have a 780 on Literature and a 750 on US History. Should I cancel my score? Will it even impact my admissions decision?
I don't want to send out another bad subject test (I fell asleep during June's Latin exam).
My "reach" school is Yale, and I have a 2300 SAT (800 CR/700 M/800 W).

If you get 4 wrong and skip 6, the raw score is 39, which is a 720-750.

6 omit and 3 wrong (assuming u guessed wrong lol - and other questions that may have been stupid mistakes)
