SAT Book number problem?

On my SAT II's, they had those sections with the book number and serial number beside the actual test bubbles(2nd,3rd,4th pages). I filled them in on the front cover, but not for the internal pages, Our Procter got confused with the directions, and told us not to fill them in because that even though it said not to for the language tests, it never told her to tell us to fill them in. Will this end up delaying my scores or making our tests unscorable? I still filled them in on the front page.

I didn't fill out section 8, 9 or 10 (the serial number/book number sections) for any of them because our proctor specifically told me not to do so. I wouldn't worry about it.
