Intel ISEF 2012/2013 (next school year) when is the deadline to submit projects?

Question above ^ can't find it on website

Are you in the US? Here, you don't submit projects to ISEF directly, you qualify to attend by participating in your school district's science fair and by being selected to represent your district at the ISEF. (Even if homeschooled you can participate.) Or, if you're selected to compete at your state's science fair, you can be selected at that event too.
