Best biology programs

Hi, I'm going to be applying to college soon for the fall of 2011 and i have been researching biology programs in various schools. The schools i am interested in are Brown U, Cornell U, Georgetown U, Northwestern U IL, Tufts U, U Pennsylvania, and U Pittsburgh. i haven't come to a conclusion to which school has the best biology program. I am planning on being a Biology major with the intention on applying to medical school after undergrad. I want to know which schools have the best programs, but also let the students have somewhat of a social life. In reality how difficult will these programs be? I am willing to put in the work to do well and receive A's in my courses. I can't seem to figure out how students feel about the biology at these schools. Thanks for your help.
