I disagree with the above comments. Some people in my AP Chem class this year had struggled last year. Most of my friends had had B averages, and somehow a few kids who had like low C's got into the class, too. Now, they stressed out about the class just as much as the people who had A's in honors chem, but I don't know if it was any more so. Then again, in my school, we have different teachers for honors and AP. But I wouldn't rule out AP because it is definitely doable, especially with a good teacher (and if he/she really is good, you won't be hogging him/her because, well at least in my class, people went after school for help every day). Then again, it's definitely a time commitment and you have to be ready for work. But I just wanted to give an opposing viewpoint.
