well i just got a notice in the mail that I've been awarded the regent's scholarship.. full ride...

im not sure if i'll go... still waiting for other admissions decisions. i make my college decisions once I know the status on all my apps

wow congrats dawgquelle! where else are you looking? what is your gp like? what's your major? did you apply as a freshman or transfer?

im looking into the cali schools i applied to ( ucla, ucd, ucb, uci, ucsd, usc, stanford, cal poly SLO ) and then im waiting for decisions from Brown, JHU, Harvard, and Princeton

I have a 4.36 W GPA and applied for biochem major as a freshman.

Why did you apply to Seton Hall - it is not even close to the caliber of the others you applied to?
My S was accepted but will not be attending...virtually no financial aid sealed it...he'll probably be at csulb

i wanted a safety in the east coast for more options just incase i decided cali is not where i want to stay for college

Why did you have a bad experience? I'll be going there, but i wont be dorming. I'll hopefully have an apartment near the school but not in the oranges.
