when did you send your application in? i basically sent mine the night before it was due, haha. I also applied honors and I haven't heard anything yet.
Thank God there is life on this site!!!! Glad to hear from ya! I sent mine the beginning of October, I think. Are you going to be a part of Whitehead? Tell me your thoughts on why you applied to SHU.
I haven't visited yet, but I have a friend who goes there and likes her teachers/classes. I'm intrigued by it because there are so many scholarships and it's close to home but not very close. It's also close to the city, which is where I prefer to be.
hello everyone i have been going to college since i left school and i have been learning ever such a lot i do a computer course because i have been into computers for a long time and since i left school i have ever since enjoyed college life i love college and i dont have a single day of from (steve17)
I got a big envelope today. At first i thought i go t accepted. Turns out it was just a letter giving me course descriptions. The funny thing was it sounded like an acceptance letter and had the dean's signature. Dammit, i hate to wait. Especially because it's such a great school. Anyone else get this, or is the acceptance letter just phrased really wierd?
My son was accepted to the Whitehead School and also received the $64,000 package. It sounds like a great opportunity. He is still waiting on Hopkins, Georgetown and Princeton.

Congrats to all. My DD is a sophomore and loves the school for all the reasons stated here; good financial aid; small classes; small but lovely campus; great teachers; excellent rep for the school; good library; close to our home in CT and to NYC; friendly students. It's all good.
Has anyone read a college ******* on SHU? I'd be curious what they have to say about the greek life and its demands on students. That is an important issue for deciding on which school to go to.
