The Smith website says this mailing will be arriving in late June and will include the book chosen for the summer reading.

Iirc, the housing assignment came in mid- to late July. It seems that D had aboout 5-6 weeks before school started to contact her roommate, discuss colors and decide who was to bring what. Must by a girl thing...I never had a guy ask me about room decorating colors.
