Are there any interesting 3 unit classes you've taken before and recommend?

Well, there are lots of interesting 3-unit classes. What sorts of things do you enjoy doing? What field are you looking at? Try to narrow things down a bit more.

anything not science or math. i just wanted to know if any classes stood out and were more amazing than the rest. thanks.
