No resume?

Hey.. not sure if this is in the right place, but how did you guys work around the 'we strongly discourage resumes' problem? Especially for those who have lots of ECs

if you are a freshman u are in the right place: i assume u are talking about applying for a research position here?

or if you are applying to stanford..wrong place. i had a similar problem, but i would suggest just putting the "best" ones on the application: best as in the most hours put in, the most awards one, anything with sports, and especially the most prestigious/prominent. You just have to pick and choose...sry. If all your Ecs are fabulous i guess u can send in a resume, just make sure there isnt superflous info on it.

Just list the ones you're most passionate about, and the ones you really took leadership in. And then work on your essays...they're really really really really really really really important, can't emphasize that enough. Best of luck!
