A question about average grade in Stanford

Hi..Im a freshman in a freshman dorm. I am little worried about my final grades for this quarter. I just want to ask does anyone know the mean grade for the natural science introductory classes?

Especially, Im taking chem36 right now so does anyone have any idea about the average grade for chem36 or any other lab courses in previous years? Are the two exams during the quarter difficult?

Thankyou for helping.

The exams aren't so bad; the lab reports/quizzes are really where people tend to lose the most points, I think. I would also be careful of your lab performance, as that is one portion of your grade that your TA has complete control over (it's especially bad if you're in a lab group of really good people, as a grading curve is forced from the TAs regardless of if everyone's about the same).

As a whole, the lecture classes are curved to a B. The lab classes are pretty variable, but about probably somewhere around a B as well. Best of luck, feel free to ask more questions.

You're lucking you're taking it with Hua and not Moylan. You'll probably get an A- with Hua if you don't screwed up too much.
