Housing Assignments

Anybody know when we're supposed to get our dorm assignment? Is it only as specific as what complex we'll be in (ex Wilbur, Stern, FloMo, etc) or do we get the actual building? It's too bad we have to wait till NSO to find out our roommates

You'll get the specific building and room.

The first quarter bill....which, in the past came out in July, usually has the dorm on it. Maybe there was a mailing before then?????

(ask on the 2010 or 2011 thread...)

You'll find out your building only--they don't tell you your room because you're not supposed to know who your roommate is until the day you move in. You may be able to find out on your first bill, but you'll be officially notified by a letter that I think comes in early to mid-August. That letter will include a message from your Resident Fellow(s) introducing themselves, and I think it may also give you the names of your dorm staff.
