is moylan a horrible lecturer?

I had Moylan for chem 134 last year and I thought he was good as a lecturer. I heard he was kind of mean in office hours...not exactly mean but I heard he had a "well that's easy- what are you asking that??" type of attitude which makes him come off as a jerk or something. Anyway, but as a lecturer for chem 134 he was good. even tho it was at 9 AM I never fell asleep (amazing!) and he had clear explanations and stuff.
