yea if you look on the map, frosoco is pretty far. i believe its in the southwest area. it doesn't appear on the printable map that stanford has on their site, but the other maps have it.

it's on this map: http://transportation.stanford.edu/i...arking-Map.pdf
Ricker dining hall, the one that serves FroSoCo, its rumored to be the best on campus.
It may be a little farther, but i have a bike! Who cares?

I was serious about FroSoCo. More than Half of ppl i know opted out of FroSoCo after 1 year even though it's a 2 year program. Besides they have the additional section for it because the RF is provost or vice provost. I can't remember. And they have guest speakers weekly ( I think). Other than that, the RF is one of the strictest on campus and it's far from everything except engineering quad. Ricker is OK. Peanut free. and Wilbur food sucks @hpfan018. Chinese food for lunch and whatever for dinner. It's really bad.
@ ngholsh314: I can't believe you reported me for being a troll. *** mate. I just expressed my feeling toward your housing assignment. OMG>

@asian75
i reported you because the majority of you posts are either negative to the point of being meaningless and unhelpful ("Wilbur food sucks"), or just completely irrelevant and sometimes rude ("did you have any clothes on?").
that's the definition of troll, is it not?

I'm pretty sure he goes to Stanford though. At least from some of his posts: "Wilbur food sucks"...he's right by the way...but not nearly as much as Stern's.

Is the food at Wilbur really THAT bad? I've heard it several times before.

Well it depends on your definition of "bad". I actually think the fact that you have similar food day in day out, week in week out, etc, leads to making you feel that the food is bad. But if you're like most students yes, you'll think Wilbur food is bad after awhile. Lag food on the other hand is really, really good. Also I never ate at Ricker, but I heard that although the food is very good, there aren't many options. But Stern dining is the worst lol, which I had, and I still survived.

There is Dancy's Sushi near on California near San Antonio Shopping Center. Marguerite will take you there. Good and cheap sushi
@ngolsh314: How is "Wilbur food suck" negative to the point of being meaningless and unhelpful? Does that mean you only hear things that aren't true? And someone said he/she sent in a pic and very proud of it so I was just wondering what kinda picture did he/she sent in.

From what my friend says the food there tastes just fine. Personally, whenever my parents or I cook, there aren't that many choices. Anything we cook I've probably had in the last two weeks. The same goes for when I buy fast food. If I find that I'm having the same food all of the time, I can just alter my meal plan to suit.

Ricker is small and only has a few options but the food is generally very good. Wilbur isn't bad exactly. It has a ton of options but the options don't change much so it gets boring after a while. It doesn't matter much because you can bike and eat wherever you want when you get bored.

@Asian75: I suspected you were a troll at first too. You made 2-3 posts saying nothing but FroSoCo sucks. Granted, even though it appears you are not a troll, why don't you just let students judge for themselves? It seems like you are trying to depress incoming freshmen that willingly chose the dorm. That ain't very helpful. If you truly feel sorry for them, explain what you dislike and offer a suggestion for switching dorms at quarter. Just saying FroSoCo sucks is not really productive and comes of as trollish.
