URGENT!!

I'm still writing the essay - are we allowed to use 10pt font?! For the long essay, that is (the third)!

Are you doing it online or in the mail?

I used Adobe Acrobat pro to fill it out and used size 10 font. I'm not sure about doing it online, though. I don't see why not.

I put the title, then my name underneath it. But if you're applying online, there's no reason to include your name again. Also, you might as well use 12 pt. font (easier to read on their end), because the length just has to be in the ballpark if you're attaching your document. I assume you're worried about the length?

They only care about the number of characters. If you're attaching the document, you can go over, and obviously they can't count the characters in Adobe. But if it's obviously too long, I guess 10 pt. would be better to make them think it's shorter than it is. I'd say 12 or 10 pt. is ok, it doesn't really matter either way. I'd also recommend single spacing it if you haven't already done so...it looks more professional and shorter, too.

oh yes! single-spacing ALWAYS - double spacing looks so elementary!

Well, I finished my essay - I ended up using a 10pt font and it's about 4600 characters (limit is 5100). Sound good?
