i have dwindling hope after being rejected from berkeley (oos). but i did get into MIT...
i'm confused.

^Don't forget that the UC's don't practice affirmative action. If you get into MIT as a Hispanic, you'll have a good shot at stanford too.

Also, UCB hates OOS. Its admit rate for out of state is probably 5%, as is the proportion of admits from out of state...

So you're chance of getting in there is roughly 0.05*0.05=0.025.

I swear my county's library system hates me. It closes at 6 on Fridays so I no longer have a distraction. D: At least I got into UVA...
