I am so sorry that so many applicants have not been sent their admission decision from Stanford by e-mail yet.
Okay, nobody's perfect (see Cal's faux pas re telling certain applicants not to reply to other UCs, only to reject many of them days later), but I sincerely hope that these esteemed institutions of higher learning are not so "full of themselves" to admit that they made a mistake.
Making anxious applicants wait 9 hours plus to receive an admissions decision?
Absolutely ridiculous.
Stanford needs to wise up and adopt a "log in" system that the UC campuses have successfully used (at least UCLA and Cal). That way, you don't have people waiting, literally all around the world, for an e-mail to show up in their "in-box." Such hubris.
Stanford should be embarrassed.
