If any of you are coming to admit weekend and want to sit in an ACTUAL science class, come to BioSci 129B on Thursday from 3:15-5. The class is on:

Principles of cell organization; how common biochemical pathways are modified to generate diversity in cell structure and function. Roles of actin and microtubule cytoskeletons in cellular architecture. Mechanisms of protein sorting and trafficking, and protein modules and switches in regulating cell polarity. Yeast to polarized epithelial cells and neurons. Emphasis is on experimental logic, methods, problem solving, and interpretation of results.

It meets in Bldg 420-41.

Hey, I'm new here...did any of you guys get a confirmation email confirming that you were registered for admit weekend? It says that they have a registration on file for me on the registration page of admit weekend but I didn't receive a confirmation email and I still get snail mail saying they hope they see me for admit weekend. I don't know if I'm paranoid but I'm sorta scared they still didnt get it lol.

I don't think I got one...I'm sure they have you in their database, and just don't feel like sending more snail mail...although i haven't checked my mail in a while, so maybe there is something there...
