Help with Waitlist Response?

So I've tried to reply to Stanford's online waitlist response 4 times now over the past few weeks. But each time after I hit the submit button, I get an email that says "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender." It says something like, "I am sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients." But then there's something attached to the email with a confirmation from the director of admissions. Basically, I'm really confused. So did Stanford get my reply or not? I also sent an email a few days ago to my admissions officer asking about this, but she has yet to reply. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm really worried that I may not be on the waitlist.

Did you make sure that you used the correct student ID number? or something of that nature?
